Behind the Bison '67: building Howard's first drop
How the inaugural Howard University silhouette went from sketch to scholarship receipts.
The Bison '67 started as a hand-drawn pair of mids in homecoming colors. From the first sketch to the licensed silhouette, every design choice traced back to Howard's campus traditions.
The result: a numbered drop with $50 per pair routing to the Howard Scholars Fund, paid in receipts the school can audit.
